About Us

We are assisting individuals and companies in claiming losses that have been caused by the COVID-19 pandemic pursuant to their business interruption clauses contained in their insurance policies.

The Supreme Court delivered its comprehensive and complex 104 page judgment on 15th January 2021 on an appeal made by various insurance companies against the decision of The High Court in September 2020 allowing business interruption claims. The Supreme Court has dismissed the appeal of the insurance companies and upheld the ruling of the High Court. This has now allowed businesses to claim substantial losses under their insurance policies, these claims could be for substantial amounts of money.

Our Services

The aim of our services is to do all of the work for you, so that you do as little as possible. In addition to this our fee structure is plain and transparent so there are no nasty surprises whatsoever. We provide the following services :

Considering your insurance policy

Considering in detail your insurance policy and specifically the business interruption clauses to ensure that a claim can be made pursuant to the Supreme Court judgement delivered on 15 January 2021. This part of our services is completely free and you are under no obligation whatsoever.

Preparing Notification To Your Insurers

If you have a potential valid claim then we can assist you in preparing the appropriate notification to your insurers. It is important that you notify your insurer as soon as possible of your intention to make a claim because many policies are time sensitive.

Pursue Your Claim

If the above two points are met and you wish for us to pursue your claim, we will request that certain documents are completed and that you pay a non-refundable fee of £295. We will assess your individual circumstances and advise you what relevant documentation and financial information is required for the preparation of the figures in quantifying the monies that are due to you under the business interruption claim.

It is important to note that you may need the services of your accountant to compile the relevant financial statements required in support of your claim. This is an expense that you will have to incur. If you do not have an accountant, we can recommend an accountant, again it is your responsibility to agree and pay any relevant fees.

Secure Payment From Your Insurance Company

We will assist you all the way through to trying to secure payment from your insurance company. This includes, if required, lodging a complaint via your insurance companies’ internal complaints procedure and further appealing to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
